We specialize in unique handmade items that are a one of a kind design! We hope you enjoy our creations as much as we enjoy creating them!
Most of our items are one of a kind, however, if you see something that you like and we have the fabric available we can custom make it for you. Just contact us and we would be happy to design it for you. Also, anything can be monogrammed for an additional charge.
Terms and Conditions:
Tax:
- To comply with e-commerce tax laws, purchases made by South Carolina residents will be charged a (SC) 7% sales tax.
Shipping:
- In stock orders are usually shipped 2-3 days after payment is received.
- Custom orders usually ship 3-4 weeks after payment is received.
- Palmetto Cuties can only ship to one address per order.
Returns and Exchanges:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email or call us.
- Items must be returned within 10 days of order. Items must be unused and in original condition for refund or exchange.
- Palmetto Cuties is not responsible for replacing an item with the exact same pattern and color as fabrics and colors vary. Replacements with the same fabric design are only available if the fabric is in stock.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless item is damaged.
- Any custom orders are not refundable (mongrammed outfits, covered button magnets, etc.)
